Update to Possible New Location for Manchester Library

At the June 13th Board of Directors Meeting for the Town of Manchester, the Board of Directors were presented with the possible locations for the downtown library. At the July 12th meeting the Board agreed that the preferred location is at 1041 Main Street, the current Webster Bank property.

The Town's Department of Planning and Development is currently pursuing the feasibility of this location.

In August, the Board of Directors will be deciding whether to propose a referendum to proceed with building a new library.

Your involvement and support of a downtown library will be pivotal to keeping our library nearby - while expanding the services that the library can provide to our community.
